I am 20 weeks pregnant and haven’t been working out even though previously I was very active. I finally have had energy up but couldn’t get back into things for some reason. Came across this program and have gotten a few friends on board and we are doing it together. 4 days in a row so far 🎉🎉🎉🎉 thank you. I have always done programs from other channels but these 20 minute workouts just seemed so doable compared for 30+. I know it’s not a huge time difference but somehow mentally it’s different. Thank you for this program!

I did your 30 minute full body strength training today (which killed me) I usually run on my treadmill 40-50k a week and I've lost nearly 2 stone but my bunion has flared forcing me to stop. I have unfortunately put 5 of those pounds back on in just shy of 2 weeks. If I did this 20 day program in strength training, I know I will get stronger but will it help me lose weight and keep it off? Please help. I can't put all the weight I've lost back on. It’s great to workout with someone who understands mums life 😊 but I have to say I’m not loving the background music. Being able to workout in peace and quite is a little treat I have for myself.
