Joy Hernandez says:

I have been doing your yoga videos regularly (usually after every run), but this is the first time that I'm writing a comment. Five weeks ago, I hit my hip and had lumbosacral strain. The swollen muscles/hematoma in the piriformis area later impinged my sciatic nerve that caused me a lot of pain and prevented me from being active and mobile. I have been doing physical therapy, which significantly reduced the pain. On non-PT days, I do the stretches my PT taught me. Today, I thought to mix it up a bit by trying your Yoga for Sciatica before I sleep. I am glad I did because it felt so good. I love that you take it slow, mindful that the people checking out this video are most likely in pain. I am looking forward to my recovery, so that I can go back to doing your other yoga videos again!

jerry langwell says:

Thank you for taking things slow and incorporating different levels. Also, thank you for your random fun humor. It made me smile.

Roxana Kristina says:

i loe your "inapropiate' jokes, Adriene please, never censor yourself !! 🥳

Adam Tynkey says:

Hello. Adriene.
I'ld love to say more than "Thank you xo xo much". I've got sciatica nerve pain from driving all day and taking the flight for 2 days.
My body's been stiff and exhausted about a week and even I couldn't do my daily work properly.
Yesterday I browsed on YouTube for Sciatica exercise. Then I met you.
Today is the 2nd day practicing with you. All the painful and suffering were gone like 70% already.
Thank you so much again for your helping hands.
💕💕💕
