It's my first day doing pilates it was pretty hard for me even though I am skinny the leg part was the most difficult one but I still managed to do it
I will try it for 7 days keeping track of my progress here
It's Day 1
I did this 10 minute Pilates workout along with the warmup and it was so effective. It was a bit challenging at times but I was able to do every exercise.
tbh: everyone (esp on tiktok) says pilates is fun and easy. it is not. ive been doing this workout for a week now and everyone says after a while it feels easier to do.. but not for me? am i doing something wrong with my forms or am i just built different, and also i dont feel sore the next day. noticing no differences or weight loss and I follow my calorie limit. in the past 2-3 days i skipped a couple workouts in this because i just havent been feeling it

only 10 minutes and yet felt so productive- this is the perfect time to fit into a busy schedule and bc of your channel i have fallen in love with pilates (aka working out)

day 1: it was hard for me for a number of reasons but the main one is that my arms are very weak. also holding my head up at the beginning was hard.
