The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 3 times!

1. Low to high woodchoppers
2. Bear sit backs w/ knee drive
3. Explosive squat to tap
4. Elbow-knee tap sit-ups
5. Squat to standing donkey kick

x3 or as many rounds as you like!

My friends! ♥️ This was probably my favourite follow-along that I’ve shared on YouTube and I’m so happy we’re working out together again!

And I’m so sorry that there have been copyright claims on my recent workouts and that the Record Labels have thrown up tonnes of ads in the middle of them to make lots of ad money 🤑 not caring about interrupting your experience. The same won’t happen with this one!

I found the moves too complex (too many moves into one). By the time you get it right, the 30s is not far behind. But even though, 30s effort is too short. I was only starting to feel the intensity by the end of the 30s and then it's already over.
I don't know, either you have a really simple move and you try to pull as many as you can within 30sec, or you have a more complex/developed move but then you give it more time like 45s or 1min.
With this workout, the 30s rest felt too long in comparison with 30s work.

Hi Natacha! Firstly I have to say, I LOVE your workouts! It's been motivating me so much during this pandemic!!
It would be so great if you could add some alternative exercises for some of the highly complex exercises (ex: the elbow knee tap sit up) Some of those exercises are very advance and hard to reproduce.
