This gentle stretching workout will help improve your flexibility, circulation, and posture and relieve stress. It can be done any time of day and before or after any yes2next exercise video. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers.

As we age, it is more important to stretch regularly to combat the loss of mobility and flexibility that naturally happens. We recommend making stretching part of your daily routine — at least three times a week or everyday if you can.

I get quite a bit of pain and stiffness because of arthritis in my hips and knees – your routines are perfect and help to get me going again! I do this one and the 10 minute warm up most days. I found this a week ago and I have never been so motivated to get moving. I have an illness that puts me on the couch a lot so just being able to turn this on my TV and move! I have done a bunch of the videos and I think this stretch one is one of the best. I think I am going to do this before any other one. I can feel the tightness leave my body. Plus I love the mother/daughter team is fantastic! There are a million videos where you can get someone to scream in your face to get fit OR you do these personal ones! I vote for the latter.
