It’s not working
These are good they work every day I live in chronic discomfort. I admit I do these almost every single but there are just to loosen and warn up the spine. Later in the evening I'm back up discomfort

..So Every morning waking up before even my feet touches the floor. On the bed I do these plus baby pose child pose alternate knees to chest then both knees to chest bird dog dead bug downward face dog cobra and the yoga camel pose (on your knees arch back and touch your heels with your hands)……

Hello, I have Degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine (RADIOFREQUENCY THERMOCOAGULATION, LUMBAR SACRAL NERVE, is it useful to do exercises, even though I'm starting to burn nerves ?
