I noticed that I am able to kick higher today than I was in the past, which is good, and I finally realized that when doing the knee up and jump I should jump on the leg still on the ground, so I started to do that. 133 calories with 171 total calories and an average heart rate of 125bpm, it was nice.
Does this actually burn 300? I know there’s a range but is that general?
