Today is my 18th day…..my stomach is almost as flat as a pancake as I’ve lost 2” from my waistline….I will continue for the the next 2 months… I now have friends and family working out with Lucy…..thank you for this Lucy….you’re a Godsend….

Trying to lose 10kg and get my flat stomach back. Bit of a pipe dream at 68 maybe. Been doing this in conjunction with kito diet. 20 days so far and, to my amazement, am now over half way to the target and 2" off the waist. Lucy – big big thank you!

I'm not exactly a beginner. I just haven't worked out and got really out of shape especially in the belly area bc well life happened and I've started to begin taking care of myself again. I noticed you have alot of 7 day ab workouts out and that's what I def need. Does it matter which I do? Do u have to do them in order that they come out? Or can u do the ones you like best? Thank you. I have completed the first one btw.

I just watched this first to see if I can do it with my horrific back and I’m thrilled to see the ab workouts without having to lay down (because I don’t always get back up from that) lol once you said that I restarted the video and did the workout!

Lucy has the best workouts – I always come back here because anyone can take 7 minutes out of their day; it's just making it a part of your routine. (also a plus that these are low impact so easy on the joints)

Finally! I found exercises that I don't have to be on the floor. Lucy thank you I like the way you encourage us to feel better. Yesterday was a week from the 7 week. I don't feel loved me stopping when reaching the goal. I just checked your 8 minute and think I will do them. I do this as soon as I am out of bed. Mmm I am not measuring me but that I feel sore …yes. In the afternoon I do a long walk uphill and then uphill. Definitely I will share it with family and friends.
