Day 2: forgot to do the workout

Day 3: Did the workout, felt more easier than the previous day, did extra few workouts + this workout

Day 1 – sweating like hell
Day 2 – feeling comfortable doing all the steps

Day 4 – easy peasy
Day 5 – Done

I lose almost 1.5 inch ….. I'm still continuing it everyday….. With proper diet and water intake
